How does an author prepare for a book launch?

Not sure, but I recommend not following my particular route. Here is a list of things-I-haven’t-done-in-weeks-because-I’m-launching-my-first-book-and-will-have-to-do-soon:

– Shower

– Throw away curdled milk

– Also throw away moldy vegetables

– Actually, throw away entire fridge

– Walk around naked until I find a shirt without a green odor emitting from it.

– Wade through the dishes and find the sink so I can give the dogs water

– Find the dogs

– Pay the water bill

– Borrow neighbors hose until power and water are restored

– Figure out if husband and I are still married

– Go grocery shopping

– Jump the car so it will start

– Then go grocery shopping

– Drive around the dead bodies

– Ask the neighbor when the zombie apocalypse happened.

– Find out if husband and dogs were taken in zombie apocalypse

– Start edits for book #2

About the Book

 

Never underestimate the power of a determined witch.
